We have a minimum order value of £50 (ex. VAT).
If your job comes in under this, we’re happy to suggest ways to maximise value.
Can I order just one item?
Yes – one-off prints are absolutely fine, as long as the minimum order value is met.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes – you can send us print-ready artwork, or we can help set it up for you.
What file types do you accept?
PDF is best, but we also accept AI, EPS, PNG, and high-resolution JPEG files.
Can you help with design?
Yes – we offer in-house design support, whether it’s a small tweak or a full design from scratch.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 2–5 working days, depending on the product and quantity.
