Branded Employee Welcome Packs for ABM
We recently worked with ABM to produce a fully branded welcome pack for new employees, bringing together practical onboarding items with strong, consistent brand presentation.
For this project, ESL Studio sourced and printed all products, creating a complete employee welcome kit that felt professional, useful and ready to hand over from day one.
Project Overview
ABM wanted a welcome pack that would make new starters feel part of the team while also giving them useful branded items for everyday working life.
The final pack included a selection of custom printed merchandise, all supplied and finished by ESL Studio. Each item was chosen to feel practical, durable and aligned with ABM’s clean blue-and-orange brand identity.

The Finished Result

The kraft packaging paired with ABM’s bold blue and orange branding gives the pack a clean corporate look while still feeling warm and welcoming. A proper little first-day box of “you belong here” energy, without needing balloons or awkward icebreakers. 🧃
